iPhone 3.0 compatability update & FTP Upload
Sunday, July 12, 2009 at 3:53PM An updated version is on iTunes now. This provides the fix for the 3.0 software update, along with a means to upload your comics via FTP. Filezilla ftp client has been fully tested for compatability and would be my suggestion (link)
I'll have a video tutorial on how to use the FTP upload soon.

So yeah maybe a quick ftp tutorial would be good. Cause I dont know which directory i should be uploading too. Is there anywhere to upload the files that pullistmanager makes? That would be rad too.
yeah a short tutorial w/videos is coming as soon as I have a free moment to get it together.
for now tho, when you connect to the phone via FileZilla... the Uploads folder that should be the current directory is where you send your uploads to.
when FTP uploads finish, you will see them appear on the ftp screen on your phone. To finish the upload tap each uploaded comic, it will then be unzipped and filed away in the default location.

how the hell do i connect my iphone from ftp? this is soooooooo frustrating? for such a good concept, and potentially great app, but youve made it impossibble to use for windows vista. can you step by step telll us how to use this program??

Yesterday I purchased your application. It works great. I'd like to thank you.
On the Mac, I use two different FTP programs:
1. Transmit
2. Cyberduck
For some reason, Transmit is able to connect to my iPod Touch and transfer cbz files but then nothing happens. Could it be a passive or active connection problem? I don't know. On the other hand Cyberduck successfully transfers the files. Don't forget to check anonymous box before opening a connection to the device. When the file transfer is complete, touch on newly transfered file and wait. There's no progress indicator so you may think that the device is crashed but i's not, it takes a while about a couple of minutes long. Simply wait until you see the end.
Are there going to be more updates to this app? It's not really 100% there yet...
purchased this prog a long time ago and still havent imported not 1 comic... this could be such a good app if there was a tutorial of what to do...
